Passengers aboard Cunard’s QM2 are a lucky bunch this week. Celebrity chef Todd English is on board the Queen Mary 2 as she sails from New York to Boston. While there, he will be signing copies of his book, Cooking in Everyday English: The ABCs of Great Flavor at Home, and take part in a Q&A with the Entertainment Director.
English will also be developing a new menu with the QM2 culinary staff, which will be available on sailings later this summer. For those of you not familiar with English, he’s well renowned within the food industry, with 4 cookbooks, highly successful restaurants (Olives) and praise from the industry’s top publications. He’s also a four time James Beard award winner.
