Patricia Neidhardt – CEO & Founder

After moving with her husband, Mike, daughter, Tiffany, and son, Todd, to Florida in 1996, Pat began dreaming of working for herself. In 1998, she made that dream a reality with the founding of Cruises-N-More. Cruises-N-More has grown to become one of the largest online cruise agencies in the U.S.

Tiffany Neidhardt – Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Tiffany is Executive VP Sales/Marketing & Luxury Travel Advisor, leading the family-owned Cruises-N-More agency in its efforts to market cruises to a wide client base. She has been with the company since 1998, in roles ranging from travel counselor to Director of Sales to her current role.

Todd Neidhardt – CFO & Vice President, Inventory and Yield

As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Inventory and Yield, Todd has been part of the family-owned Cruises-N-More agency since it began in 1998. In his role, Todd manages a team that focuses on cruise line group inventory annually. He and the team manage the cabins, set inventory yields and take care of all final terms for the cabins booked. Todd, a certified master cruise counselor, was instrumental in starting the company.

Tifni Neidhardt – Vice President, Operations

Tifni is Vice President of Operations for Cruises-N-More. Her expertise is in the area of information technology for the family-owned cruise agency. Her IT work focuses on Cruises-N-More’s technical aspects and information security.
