What is Princess’ Sanctuary CollectionSM?
Princess’ new Sanctuary Collection staterooms are designed as an oceangoing oasis that
elevates the art of relaxation and serenity with exclusive, next-level accommodations. These
exclusive staterooms are available on the new Sun Princess® since October of 2024 as well as her sister ship, Star Princess®, later in 2025.

Are these Staterooms the same as Signature Collection on Sun Princess?
Sanctuary Collection staterooms replace the former Signature Collection and Reserve
Collection Staterooms on Sun Princess and offer an even wider range of new amenities
exclusive to this new accommodation category. We’ve put a great deal of thought and research in creating an exclusive new stateroom category that appeals to the discerning traveler.

Whether our guests are new to cruising or longtime Princess enthusiasts the Sanctuary Collection offers a one-of-a-kind experience.

Why were these staterooms created?
At Princess, we’re constantly evolving our onboard experience to provide unparalleled options
for our guests who are at the heart of everything we do. The Sanctuary Collection staterooms
are in line with that philosophy, offering stunning accommodations along with attractive perks, amenities and privileges not found anywhere else. And when combined with our amazing dining, entertainment and activity choices, and friendly service delivered by the best crew in cruising, our Sanctuary Collection offers an unparalleled seagoing experience.

What amenities are included in Sanctuary Collection?
Sanctuary Collection guests receive exclusive benefits and services such as private dining and
lounge areas, and a luxurious stateroom experience.

Guests also have access to the spa-inspired, top-deck Sanctuary Sun Deck with plush lounge
furniture, private cabanas, pool and jacuzzi, attentive service, soothing music, refreshing
beverages and light fare, afternoon tea and options to completely escape with an open-air
massage in a secluded cabana (for an additional fee).

Also included are all offerings available within the Princess Premier bundle, such as:
• Premier Beverage Package (drinks up to $20 each)
• MedallionNet Wi-Fi for four devices
• Unlimited Juice Bar
• Unlimited Fitness Classes
• Two Specialty Dining Experiences
• Unlimited Casual Dining Meals and Premium Desserts
• OceanNow Delivery
• Room Service Delivery

Is Sanctuary Collection only on Sun and Star Princess or will it be expanded fleetwide?
At the moment, Sanctuary Collection staterooms are only available on Sun and Star Princess;
however, based on guest feedback, these exclusive staterooms and amenities may be rolled
out to other ships in the future.

What happens if I have already booked a Signature Collection suite (or any Sanctuaryeligible stateroom) on Sun or Star Princess?

Guests who as of April 23rd, 2024, have already reserved staterooms in the Sanctuary section of either Sun or Star Princess will receive the additional benefits outlined at no additional cost,
except the Premier package. If your current booking does not include Premier, you may
upgrade to Premier to receive these benefits.

How do you gain access to enter into the Sanctuary Sun Deck?
Sanctuary Collection guests are provided with private access to the Sanctuary Sun Deck top
pool area accessible via their Princess Medallion.

Are there age restrictions for Sanctuary Collection?
There are no age restrictions to book a Sanctuary Collection stateroom. However, guests must
be aged 16+ to gain access to the exclusive Sanctuary Club on the top deck.

Are Sanctuary Collection staterooms tied to Princess Plus or Premier?
Guests who book a Sanctuary Collection Stateroom are automatically enrolled in Princess
Premier and receive all of the value-added offerings in the popular program along with a host of additional perks and amenities exclusive to those booked in Sanctuary Collection
accommodations.

How many staterooms are included in the Sanctuary Collection on Sun and Star
Princess?
There are 215 Sanctuary Collection staterooms on Sun Princess — 80 Sanctuary
Collection Suites, 123 Mini-Suites and 12 Premium Deluxe Balconies. Star Princess will feature
similar Sanctuary Collection accommodations as well.

This is a distinguishing feature of Sanctuary Collection vs our main competitors – 3 meta
experiences = 3 price points = choice, etc.

Where are Sanctuary Collection staterooms located?
The 215 Sanctuary Collection staterooms on Sun Princess are in various areas throughout
Decks 10-17, along with access to the Sanctuary Club on Deck 18.

When do Sun Princess Sanctuary Collection staterooms go on sale?
Sanctuary Collection staterooms on Sun Princess and Star Princess go on sale April 23 and will
be operational on October 14 in the Caribbean season

How do Sanctuary Collection staterooms compare to those on other cruise lines?
While we can’t speak for other cruise lines, we believe that Sanctuary Collection staterooms
offer the most exclusive, amenity-filled experience at sea unmatched on land or sea.

Considering that Princess Premier is included in Sanctuary Collection accommodations makes
these staterooms even more enticing and valuable.
