As the result of enthusiastic customer response to their first two Longitudinal World Cruises, Viking will offer a third such cruise on their state-of-the-art expedition vessel Viking Octantis with sail dates of September 8, 2023 to November 16, 2023. This 70-day cruise will visit 27 ports in 10 countries, on 3 continents.
Guests will discover North America’s wilderness and renowned cultural attractions while sailing the striking waterways of the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence Seaway. They will also see Niagara Falls, the white-sand beaches of the Caribbean, and may choose to explore the legendary Machu Picchu and the Galapagos Islands. Other sights include the iconic Panama Canal, the untamed beauty of Patagonia and the majestic ice shelves of the Chilean fjords. Passengers will also be able to visit remote South Georgia and follow in the footsteps of intrepid explorers while exploring the scenic glaciers, snowy landscapes and immense icebergs of Antarctica.
