Oceania Cruises Introduces Healthy Living Tours Inspired By Wellness Pioneer Canyon

Oceania Cruises, recognized for its culinary-focused voyages and award-winning Canyon Ranch SpaClub facilities, announced a ground-breaking wellness and cruise-industry first in the form of exclusive and comprehensive tours focused on wellness and healthy living. The innovative new tour series, Wellness Tours Inspired by Canyon Ranch, is the first of its kind in the cruise industry and the most comprehensive, and will debut with Riviera’s and Marina’s April 9 and April 10, 2017 sailings. With a luxurious onboard spa, fitness and culinary amenities provided by Canyon Ranch ( the industry-leading proponent of the wellness lifestyle), and sailings  in some of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations, the program will allow Oceania Cruises to take the title of the first cruise line to offer fully-integrated wellness retreats at sea. Guests aboard Oceania Cruises can awake to the sun rising over the ocean before savoring one of several healthy Canyon Ranch breakfast options in the tranquil Grand Dining Room, such as a three egg-white omelet with seasonal vegetables and cheese.

 

The healthy morning continues with an enriching wellness tour in Taormina, bringing the mind-body invigoration of a yoga class to the dramatic beauty of Sicily. Back on board, guests might round out the day with a signature treatment at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, such as a soothing Canyon Stone Massage or a detoxifying Seaweed Leaf Wrap. Come dinnertime, Canyon Ranch selections in the Grand Dining Room ensure guests can enjoy healthy and delicious dishes such as the steamed Maine lobster atop savory Castilla-La Mancha saffron rice followed by warm, fragrant chocolate cake.
