Carnival Corporation Unveils Its MedallionNet Satellite-Enabled Connectivity At Sea for the Regal Princess

In a Media Conference held February 26, Carnival Corporation revealed the specific details of what will be its industry-leading MedallionNet connectivity capability. This new standard will be set by transmitting the most bandwidth ever transmitted to a mobile platform, immeasurably enhancing the guest experience.

MedallionNet is the latest development to emerge from Carnival Corporation’s Global Experience and Innovation Center in Miami. It is the first end-to-end Wi-Fi service development formulated to exceed guest expectations through “GuestCentricity” ­– an initiative to enhance all aspects of the vacation experience by delivering guests what they want, when, where and how they want it.

The service will be phased in throughout the staterooms of the Regal Princess during 2018.
