Already known for it luxurious ambience and a customer-first attention to detail, Regent has identified 3 exciting new guest enhancements that will be phased in during 2019.

These notable enhancements include:

  • Internet bandwidth will increase fleet wide by January 2020.  Whether using the ‘Net for business or pleasure, Regent’s bandwidth expansion will make “Web surfing” faster, more accessible, more reliable, and more fun. These bandwidth enhancements will be accompanied by a simpler login process that will make guests’ complimentary ‘Net experience more seamless.
  • Complimentary unlimited valet laundry service for any guest lodging in the Master and Grand Suites. Not that you needed additional reasons to enjoy the luxurious Master and Grand Suites, but…when you do, you will appreciate the added benefit of free unlimited valet laundry service beginning this month (April 2019).
  • Regent’s new “Digital Guest Survey” will allow Regent to track guest experiences (and their feedback) in real-time. Willing to offer feedback on your cruise, but not if it inconveniences you? This digital venue replaces end-of-cruise paper guest satisfaction questionnaires. The new system will be deployed on all Regent vessels by October 2019.
