Crystal’s River Cruise Fleet Becomes Youngest in the Industry in 2020

When Crystal River Cruises’ 2020 spring season embarks, it will be with the youngest fleet of luxury ships in the river industry. Crystal Mozart departed the Crystal fleet at the end of 2019; with its departure, the average age of Crystal River Cruises’ remaining ships – identical new builds Crystal Bach, Crystal Debussy, Crystal Mahler and Crystal Ravel – will be under two years. At 135 meters long, Crystal River Cruises’ new all-suite, all-balcony ships are the most spacious in the industry carrying only 106 guests, less than half of the guest count for ships of similar size, with every suite measuring over 40 percent larger than the industry average.
