Royal Caribbean Unveils Freedom of the Seas Transformation
Featuring its $116M renovation, the Freedom of the Seas reflects exciting changes from bow to stern. New enhancements include high-speed waterslides, a Caribbean poolscape, a new Italian eatery – Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen – and dedicated areas for children and teens. The vessel offers travelers 7-night Southern Caribbean cruises that visit a new island each day, from Barbados and Antigua, to the ABC islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao.
Extending the adventure to shore excursions, Freedom itineraries include weeklong Southern Caribbean stop-offs that are rich in destinations. Guests can set course for island-hopping trips to discover many idyllic locales, including Oranjestad, Aruba; Willemstad, Curacao; Bridgetown, Barbados; Saint Johns, Antigua; and Kralendijk, Bonaire.
